Child Safety Standards

Frenly is committed to providing a safe environment for all our users. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our platform is strictly for users aged 18 and older, and we take proactive measures to prevent, detect, and report any behavior that endangers minors.

1. Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

We strictly prohibit the following on Frenly:

• The distribution, solicitation, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Grooming or any attempt to initiate sexual contact with a minor.
• Sextortion or any form of harassment involving minors.
• Trafficking of children for sex or any other exploitative purpose.

2. In-App Mechanism for Feedback and Reporting

Frenly provides a robust in-app reporting mechanism available on every user profile and call screen. Users are encouraged to report any suspicious behavior immediately. Our moderation team reviews all reports with the highest priority.

How to report in-app: Click the "Report" icon on any user profile or during a call to submit an immediate report for review.

3. Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

We utilize automated tools and manual moderation to detect and remove CSAM. Any material identified as CSAM will be immediately removed, the offending account will be permanently banned, and we will fulfill our legal obligation to report the content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.

4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Frenly complies with all applicable global child safety laws, including the PROTECT Our Children Act and relevant international regulations. We cooperate fully with law enforcement in investigations related to child safety.
