Getting Started

Welcome to Frenly! We're here to help you get started and make the most of your experience. Whether you're looking to connect with listeners or become a listener yourself, we've got you covered.

To become a listener, download the app, create your profile, complete the KYC verification process, and submit your application. Our team will review it within 24 hours. You must be at least 18 years old, have excellent communication skills, a valid government ID, and a good internet connection.

Coins & Wallet

Frenly uses a coin-based system for payments. You can purchase coins through the Wallet section in the app using various payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and other available options.

Coins are typically credited to your wallet instantly after a successful purchase. If you experience any issues with coin purchases, payment failures, or if coins are not showing in your wallet, please contact us immediately.

If you can't receive calls, ensure you have a stable internet connection, the app has necessary permissions, and you've set your status to "Online" in the app.

Safety & Privacy

Your safety and privacy are our top priorities. Your personal phone number is never shared with other users. All calls happen through the app using our secure calling system.

If you receive inappropriate calls or encounter any safety concerns, you can block users, report incidents, and our safety team will review and take appropriate action. Visit our Safety Center for more information about our safety measures and community guidelines.

Earnings & Payouts

As a listener, your earnings vary based on the number of calls you take and your ratings. Top listeners can earn ₹500+ per day. You earn for every minute you talk.

We process payouts weekly. You can withdraw your earnings directly to your bank account every week. You can view your earnings, call history, and payout status in the Wallet section of the app.
