• Listeners must maintain confidentiality and privacy of user conversations
• Listeners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Listeners are independent contractors, not employees of Frenly

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm Buddies or other users
• Share personal contact information outside the platform
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to circumvent payment or security measures
• Use automated systems to access the service

6. Payments and Pricing

Users pay for services through credits or subscriptions. All prices are displayed in the app and are subject to change. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Listener earnings are calculated based on call duration and ratings, with weekly payouts.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Frenly platform are owned by Frenly Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
