We use a combination of AI-powered real-time monitoring, human moderation, and user reporting tools. All Buddies are verified through KYC, and we maintain 24/7 monitoring to ensure safe interactions. Users can block, report, or end calls at any time.
What happens when I report someone?
When you report a user, our safety team reviews the report within 24 hours. We take immediate action including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on the severity. You'll receive an update on the action taken.
Can I block or remove someone during a call?
Yes, you can block or end a call at any time. The block feature is available during and after calls. Once blocked, that user cannot contact you again. You can also report the user immediately after blocking.
What if I encounter inappropriate behavior?
If you encounter inappropriate behavior, immediately end the call and use the report feature. Our AI system also monitors calls in real-time and can automatically flag and suspend accounts for violations. Your safety is our top priority.
